I purchased a mask from The PiaceShirt Place, paid for my order, and received a confirmation from the company as well as from Ngo Tri Sen. I have not received my order. When I click on Ngo Tri Sen's page for support, the page could not be found. I did a google search and a fraud alert came up with the very same issue.
I ordered a face mask for the virus & they charged my bank $19.94 on 5-19-2020. I have not received it I have called number been disconnected, no such email.
Like other previous complaints, avoid this person like the plague - or in this case like COVID-19. I paid $36.88 for 2 masks.
I received a receipt with my order number, a website to check the status, email for questions and a phone number. When I checked the website, it was "not found". When I called the phone number (a US phone number in Seatle, WA) it had been disconnected.
I contacted my charge card and they immediately refunded my money. Beware of this phoney seller. And beware of Sellers on Facebook!
I purchased two cloth face masks from their website which someone shared with me on Facebook. Total of $36.88. Two days later I tried to visit the site to see how long for shipping, and the server cannot be found. I sent an email asking for an update and got no response after 24 hours.
I tried the phone number and it is no longer in service. The link that was shared on my facebook page is no longer showing on the post either. It is like the page was purposely set up to defraud people of money for a product many people need right now.
