This company is a SCAM. Look up the address. 1460 Broadway, New York. It is in the middle of Times Square! They are not a real furniture sales outlet. They are just a broker. You order, wait 6 months for furniture and then you may or may not get it damaged.
We were called 1 week before delivery and given a delivery window. The day before delivery they called and gave us a time of 3-5pm when drivers would arrive. We had disassembled and sold out other furniture in anticipation. The driver never showed up. Some guy who I could not even understand called at 5:30pm and said they were just leaving a town 3 hours away. I was ok with a late delivery because we did not have any furniture to sleep on. These people showed up at my house at 12 midnight!!!! Bloodies and filthy. They looked like they just came in from a bar fight.
I was visibly disturbed and the driver was apologetic and went on to tell me how this company did not give them all of the delivery, and explained how bad of a company this was to work for. We allowed the delivery to take place at 1am. 3 pieces of the furniture were damaged which we took pictures of and noted on the delivery slip. The drivers told us to call them and send them the photos to make it right which we did. The first "customer service" rep we spoke too told us there should be something they could do to fix it. The second sent an email a month later and told us they would not honor any such resolution.
I have filed complaints with the BBB and tried to resolve and tehir resolution was to give us $200 store credit if we spent another $2000 with them?!? Who is this company? Their operations manager is a coward. They will not return emails or requests. You cannot contact them directly. Their social media channels have been abandoned because of all the poor reviews. We knew nothing of this company before we started digging. They do not have a warehouse. Not sure if they even have a coprorate office. They must be working out of the Foot Locker which is what this address gives to you.
According to their "resolution manager" since they do not have a repair tech (this damage cannot be repaired) they just won't fix it. Great policy for a crooked company. Furthermore, the damaged items were notated and photos provided to the company as proof. It only took 2 month to receive an email AFTER the claim was made by the claim department.
[email protected] is the resolution manager, however she is no help at all. The operations manager (email provided) won't even step in to look at the facts.
