Kyle Wheatly, owner of Emileys Rentals told me a United States Service member, that he was going to personally take care of us. I came down on assignment, and was to be stationed over two thousand miles away. The service I got from Emileys was horrible and unprofessional. I was treated like a second class citizen. I was honestly lied and taken advantage of by this man and his company. I have no clue how and if the renters were screened. I received letters from the city because the tenants either had trash or the lawn was unkept. When Tenants failed to pay their rent, Kyle against our wishes would accepted partial payments. We repeatedly demanded he start the eviction process but would instead collect just enough money to cover his " monthly management fees".
When the tenants were finally evicted. Kyle Wheatly took it upon himself to tear out our carpets without notifying us first. A kitchen mounted TV and home speakers were stolen from my home. I had to pay for paint because the walls were damaged. Had to replaced the carpet in three rooms that Kyle tore out, and repair the garage door. My home at this time was less then ten years old. After "repairs and maintenance" Kyle told me my home was ready to be rented out. I fired Emileys after I was told repairs were done.
Emileys refused to give me the key to my home. Had to get a attorney. I flew back to find grass overgrown, trash in my home toilets were dirty, refrigerator had mold. Kitchen TV and home speakers missing. I was charged for a cleaning that was not done, had to rekey house because Emileys refused to give me the keys to my own house, garage door was not fixed but I was charged for all this supposed service.
