On 4/8/15 we signed the return for electronic filing and paid the fee. Our check cleared our bank a few days later. On 4/13/15 we received a letter from Jackson Hewitt notifying us our return had been completed and filed. That is false. No return was filed. On 11/23/15 we received notice from IRS of non-filing. In addition to not filing, the return had errors which a CPA discovered. Eventually, a return was filed. The corporate office of Jackson Hewitt has refused to help resolve this matter. Ms. G., the president of Ember Financial Services, Inc. and her associate failed to appear in court and have ignored all requests to pay the court-ordered judgment.
