The company focuses on attempting to deliver repair manuals, service manuals, owners manuals and any other manual. They claim to be able to send you a link to download the manual you've purchased. I found a service repair manual for my vehicle which is terribly expensive from the dealership. The merchant claims to be able to send you a link to download the repair vehicle with the understanding you cannot simply e-mail several gigabytes worth of data. I purchased an "instant download", however, the download was anything but instantaneous. I sent an e-mail to the merchant right away and asked them where my product was. They said that "every Paypal purchase had to be manually verified because of so many fraudulent past occurrences".

Fraudulent past occurrences via Paypal? ...this was my first red flag.

I finally got the download link almost 22 hours later and when I clicked the link, I received a corrupt .ova file instead of the .pdf file I thought I was obtaining. The merchant advised I simply needed to download one of many brand new OS workstations available for free online. I advised I was not comfortable downloading a new OS workstation and that I received a product which was not what I believed I purchased. I immediately asked for a refund. I was met with a combative e-mail reply advising me the download already occurred. I asked for a refund and advised that despite the download having occurred, I did not actually receive the file. I had no intention of opening their corrupt .ova file. I asked for a refund again. The merchant responded immediately asking me now for my VIN number. I advised I did not have to provide them with my VIN when I made the purchase online. Why was it needed from me now? I gave them the year, make and model of my vehicle which was more than adequate for determining the service repair manual needed for my vehicle. I asked again for a refund. The company responded again asking me for the same information. I copied and pasted my last e-mail and replied again also asking for a refund.

I resorted to Paypal's dispute resolution process. The mechant again responded right away and this time resorted to name-calling. They called me a "scammer" and also made several juvenile comments about my ethnicity. I was completely flabbergasted. I escalated it to Paypal's dispute resolution team.

Their website in the support module clearly states refunds are not an issue, however, I beg to differ. The merchant does a complete 'bait & switch' and is extremely combative. They aren't even capable of delivering the product that you supposedly purchased. It is a complete scam in every sense of the word. Buyer beware!

I bought a car repair workshop manual with an instant download.

Definitly not instant. Expected a PDF I could open in my adobe program but was given a link to download another program, which took up up 60GB then tried to open the file, it still wouldnt work.

It took a PC expert to correct things and I requested a refund.

Do not buy from Emanualonline

I placed an order for the workshop edition of the smart car 2007-2014 incl brabus (451). They sent complete 2007-2010 manuals which were completely free online. These did not include the workshop manual, nor anything stated in the description online. I tried to give them the opportunity to refund my money prior to posting this review. The only response they gave was 'what year was your vehicle?'

Do not purchase from this company. It is nothing but a sham.

I emailed immediately and informed them they sent the incorrect file without response. I disputed the charge on paypal. I tried to give them the opportunity to refund my money prior to posting reviews. The only response they gave was 'what year was your vehicle?'

I did purchase the correct file from another company. I do not want credit with this company. They have no problems responding to emails when paypal is involved at any time of the day or night, but when I emailed support, I received no repsonse. I only received responses once I disputed the charge, saying I did not receive what I paid for - which I did not.

Company’s a Fraud

Maybe I’m the idiot but as the title says don’t purchase anything from this online vendor. They have terrible customer service and refuse to refund my money. Here’s my story if you’re interested. I apologize if this doesn’t belong here.

I purchased a service manual for my vehicle for $33 and some change. The link they sent me for download was titled as the manual I requested, but the pdf downloaded was for a completely different model car. They asked for clarification, and they responded with a link to the manual. However this time it wasn’t a pdf. It was a 13gb .ova file that had to be opened on a program called Virtualbox. I down loaded the file. Downloaded the free program and followed the directions. The .ova file failed to import in to Virtualbox. I attempted multiple times to import with no success. At this point it’s 6 days later. I’m more than unpleased with how they have handled this and I no longer want the service. I’ve asked for a phone number to speak to someone and that request was completely ignored. I asked for a refund multiple times and that request was also totally ignored. They insist they’re helping me in “every way possible.” Wouldn’t honoring my request for a refund be included in helping me in every way possible?

I was under the impression I was purchasing a .pdf file and assumed it would be a pretty painless and simple purchase. They refused they refund, as they state i already opened the file (the wrong car), and they refused
