If they had a zero, this company would have earned a triple zero. They make false claims on their website about the deliverability and accuracy of their email databases, then when you go to pay, their terms and conditions, which a buyer must agree to, stipulate the exact opposite of the statements made on their website.
They claim to have 24/7 customer service, but do not reply for days. Instead of answering my questions as to why they promote on their website one thing, but disavow that same guarantee upon checkout, hidden in their term and conditions, which a buyer must check mark that they read it and agree to it, before they make a purchase. They just ignore the question.
Unfortunate for them that a meticulous Financial Advisor for 30 years, who actually reads and questions everything, came to their website to purchase a list for a client. They told me to take my business elsewhere. Which I'm happy to do, along with hundreds of other clients they would have gotten if they were a legitimate company and not a FRAUDULENT one!
They claim to have a NYC office, this is not true. They are deceitful and evasive when asked questions. I emailed them asking to more information on their company, where domiciled, State or Country, who officers are etc..so I could do my due diligence.
They refused to send me what I consider a reasonable request. My clients pay me to ask very hard questions when I research anything for them. Instead of answering a simple question, they told me to get lost.
LOL
Proceed with caution, this is NOT a trustworthy company
