It said nothing on the internet website about the two eye creams being a trial & that I would get charged close to $200 for a subscription to receiving more products.I called my bank. They said to call company to ask for a refund and a cancellation Of a "Monthly $100 Subscription". Apparently, this comapny is known to Bank of America: the cumtomer service person told me I should be adament about getting my $$ back. If I'm luckyI could get 30-80% of my money back. Be sure to note a reference #.Then I have to file a dispute w/my bank if the scammers don't refund my $.
I ordered 2 different eye creams/serums for what I thought was $5.95 each for S/H. Valere Anti-Aging Serum & Age Defiance Eye cream. When I got my credit card bill, I had been charged $98.71 & $99.01 instead od 2 $5.95 charges. I attempted to call the 1-800 number but it's Sunday. I will call again in the morning. I called my bank, Bank of America, to complain. The Customer Service person told me this company is well known to them. Sounds like the bank has gotten many phone calls just like mine. She told me to be adamant about getting a refund and also told me to get a reference# from the scammers. She siad if I was "adament" enough I could expect to see only 30-80% of my money back. if I didn't see a refund to my VISA acct., that I could then file a dispute with the bank. Hopefully I will be able to get my $ back but it sounds like it may be a long process.

After several calls in which your staff are clearly reading from a script and offered no assistance or a supervisor when asked, I found another customer service number on your site and when I called that number they don't have an account for me nor do they sell your product. I would like a refund, cancel any future anything from you to me and please contact me about this issue. I will be calling my bank to put a stop payment on this and to dispute these erroneous charges.
Seriously concerned here. How many people have been scammed from you? Shame on you and the ones working for you!
