A man named Dale fisher called me with a loan offer for 8000 dollars and all I had to do was pay the first three months payments in which I sent him over 600 dollars I've called everyday for a month but guess what no answer he scammed me here I'm on disability and sick at that what can be done thank you clara Taylor I want my money cause there is no loan
I had applied for a payday loan and payday loan site tries to match you with several lenders. I didn't specifically seek Elmwood Financing out and apply in their site. But I received a call that I let go to voicemail because I did not know the number. When I found out who called me and what they were calling about I was curious as to how a company could approve me for an $8000 personal loan when I am not a desirable candidate hence the payday loan application. Chris Goins told me the terms and asked if I was interested, I said I was because I wanted to see what the paper would say and time to do some homework.
I was very skeptical. Got the papers and needless to say my gut told me NO. So I never responded until today. Only reason I responded was because of the email I received from Chris. He stated for me to "Please follow up with me as soon as possible as an abandoned file will result in a negative report on your credit score" this I verbatim.
I told him I did not want the loan because I felt it defeated the purpose of a loan; if I had over $500 to give them to secure the loan then I would not have a need for the loan. I asked him about the abandoned file statement and he said that it was true. I told him I thought that my score would go down when they ran my credit but not because I didn't accept the loan. I need to know if what he said is true
Company offered me a bad credit loan, I spoke with them multiple times. When I shared my concerns , they were quick to acknowledge and explain issues. Since I was very desperate and no where to go, this loan was literally to be home saving for me. I sent the three months payments, and you can guess the rest. Now I'm out the money, and in a slightly worse place as before. Yes, maybe I was stupid for falling for it, but it is a desperate situation.
