I got my diploma online it says they are accredited. Then I go to apply for college and they said the accreditation is non government and most colleges do not accept that "accreditation". So now I have a piece of paper that is worth nothing and I'm out $195.

On October 2016, my father passed away and I wanted to fulfill his dream of me becoming a music producer. I didn't have my high school diploma so I looked into Ellenwood academy because $200 was cheap for me. I paid for it and everything and received my transcript and diploma 3 weeks later. I signed up for FullSail University and got accepted into their music production program. When they asked for the high school diploma and transcripts, I sent them and they told me those weren't accredited and were a fraud...ever since February, I've been trying to contact them but they never answer by email nor by phone. I want my money back so I can use it towards the official GED test and continue my education.

The price was ok for about $200 so I took the test and passed it. 2 weeks later I received my "official transcripts and dioloma" from the mail and well I thought I was all done. I applied for FullSail University and everything was going well until they asked for a copy of my Diploma and transcripts...I was very happy I had gotten to this point cause I knew I had them. Come 3 weeks later I got an email from the university and they said that the Dioloma wasn't accredited and was a fraud...I've been trying to contact them but they don't pick up ever. I want my money back so I can use it toward the official GED test.
I gave this school my money , i received my diploma i was told that it was accredited school, i would be able to go college with this diploma but no i find out that this school is a rip off, i cant go to college , no school that apply for has any knowledge of this school so i have to go get my high school diploma all over again ... this is really a shame they are taking people money , giving them a fake diploma giving out book, everything thye have to be stopped immediately ..
Ellen wood academy said i could use there diploma to go any school i would like . when i receive my diploma and try go to a school i found out that no school could use my diploma .

I passed my online diploma exam on November 15, 2015. I was told that this was nationally accredited and recognized by all schools and it is not.
I have applied to Kaplan, devry, colorado tech and none of these would except my diploma.
