If, and only if, the Statement was determined to be a statement of fact, the Arbitrator was asked to further decided if, by a preponderance of the evidence, to determine if the Statement was true or false. If the statement identified by the Complainant is determined to be an opinion, no determination will be made as to that particular Statement because an opinion cannot be determined to be true nor false.
In this case, the Arbitrator had only the evidence submitted by the Complainant to consider.

Was planning my wedding and looking for a makeup artist who would be qualified enough to do my makeup and hair as well as all of my bridesmaids hair and makeup for my wedding. I was looking to Yelp for some help with this, I looked up makeup artists in my area of Studio City and I came accross " Makeup by Shannella" she didnt have very many reviews so I was a little hesitant to book services with her but I checked out her website which looked very profesional so I decided to go ahead and book my wedding makeup with her. Showed up at her house for a trial which went fine. I thought she would be perfect for my special day.... Big, big, mistake.
The day of my wedding Shannella was applying product to my face and once she finished my hair and makeup she moved on to my bridesmaids. Minutes before I am suppose to walk down the aisle my face begins to itch uncontrollably, I paid her to be at my wedding for the whole day for the makeup as well as any touch ups my bridesmaids needed. A couple of them complained about the same issue so we all rain upstairs asking her to explain WHY our faces were itching and so irritated, I was SO upset ! She had NO explanation for this and was quite passive about it all which upset me even more. Had to push me walking down the aisle back by about an hour and 30 minutes because of this. She reapplied my makeup and my face look so inflamed and irritated in all of my wedding pictures, when it should have looked Beautiful!! The whole evening it looked this way. It was suppose to be my best day and it was far from. I spent about 1,000 dollars to book her for my day as well as a 500 dollar wedding trial. INSANE. That isnt even the half of it, during my reception I invited her to join incase she was hungry or she wanted to be social, was being extra nice to her in spite of the whole face irritation ordeal and one of my husbands friends approaches me and tells me that she is a call girl here in Los Angeles , a high end escort who goes by the name Olivia , he said wow, that is my best guy friends call girl. I said well she is going to get a bad review from me for ruining my wedding day and false advertising! There were children at my wedding and here this lady is claiming to be a makeup artist when in fact she is involved in escorting. I told her to leave my function. I am not happy about this and I want my money back. I feel like I was taken advantage of. RIP OFF is an understatement .
