I tried to cancel my order with Elizabeth & Clarke on 1/26/20, but was unsuccessful because they don't allow cancellations after they've already billed (billed on 12/15/19, shipped on 3/1/20). Thus, shortly after receiving the box, I returned the full order of 3 women's shirts on 3/14/20.
However, Elizabeth & Clarke claims that their warehouse only received 1 of them and would not refund the other 2 shirts. I sent them a photo of my shipping receipt from USPS (showing the weight of the return box to be the weight of the full 3 shirt shipment), but they ignored my emails with this evidence completely and did not even acknowledge it, despite followups.
USPS's tracking portal did not show any incidents that could have disrupted my return en route, so I'm certain that their warehouse misprocessed the return. Elizabeth & Clarke's support is poor and unethical, choosing to accuse customers rather than admit that their warehouse can make mistakes.
