They will not fullfill there end of the contract saying that because this certain item is inside and outside the transmission that it is not covered because they do not cover anything outside although this component is also inside. I paid for the most expensive warranty and it covers nothing!!! They are a scam worse than insurance companies.. Do NOT BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THROUGH THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
Elite Warranty was sold to me by MMotorsports in Long Beach California, under the impression that since the vehicle is USED, a Premium Extended warranty is needed. 3months after purchasing the vehicle and the warranty (cash), Services were needed. Those services were listed in the contract as "covered". Elite was contacted and rejected the services needed. So out of pocket money was used. 2 months after that, Major services were needed, that the contract listed as "covered". Elite was contacted and "again" rejected the services. Out of pocket money used again. After owning the vehicle for 1 year now, I have tried to use the Elite Premium Warranty 5 times, to no avail. Elite Refuses to refund my paid in full, payment for the warranty. Warranty was NEVER used, so no money from Elite was used. Its a contract full of holes and deceptions. No customer shpuld have to experience poor customer service for wanting and needing to use a Warranty they purchased for issues that may surface.
Dealing with elite warranty has definitely been one of the most painful experiences i've had as a consumer.
When i first purchased the warranty, i didn't give much thought into it.
However, one day, my car ended up with issues and i called elite warranty, only to find out elite warranty doesn't really repair much at all. The chances you would ever be able to use the car warranty are slim to none. It's cheaper to pay for car repairs out of pocket. The contract was made to take advantage of customers, and they will not let you cancel or get out of the warranty unless you total your car.
Thankfully my car was totaled less than a year later by a distracted driver, and i was able to get out of this really, really awful warranty contract early. So my car getting totaled was actually a blessing in disguise.
I called them, however, and they wouldn't pay a prorated refund on my warranty, claiming that the dealer took most of the money. I had to get consumer protection/utah department of insurance involved to finally get what i deserved back.
But they ended up sending me a duplicate check, which just shows how disorganized of a company they are. I've never heard of any decent sized company making a mistake like this. I work in accounting, and you'd have to be pretty careless to send out a duplicate check for most companies.
I am fine sending back the money from the duplicate check of course. I will be sending back the money from the duplicate check today. But when colen called me he made me sound like i am some thief, when in actuality their company made this mistake, i simply saw a check sent to me with my name on it and i cashed it. Elite warrranty is just a really disorganized company that sells really awful warranties that are pretty much useless.
Elite warranty reminds me of us fidelis, the company that went bankrupt a few years ago, in more ways than one.
The fraudulent car warranty company, us fidelis, operates pretty much the same way as elite warranty. They make it sound so nice when they sell you the car warranty, and that this car warranty can save you so much in repairs, but when you actually need to use it, that's when you realize you paid almost $3000 for a pretty useless warranty that covers very little.
All in all, dealing with elite warranty has been one of the most painful, frustrating experiences in my life. I do, however, need to thank elite for teaching me a lesson on never purchasing warranty of any sort ever again. Nowadays, when i purchase cars, i make it known that i absolutely will not purchase a car warranty.
Even consumer protection advises against purchasing warranties, multiple news outlets have advised against it as well. I paid for a lesson. Warranties are pretty much 100% pure profit to the companies you are purchasing from.

Elite can deny my claims, but any rational consumer can do a search on this company and see how many outscam they have. They've got more than a few. I can count at least 5.
Dealing with elite warranty has been the worst nightmare in my life, it's been a dark shadow that has been following me for months now. All i can hope for is that i never ever have to hear from them, or about them ever again.
Do not pay for an Elite Warranty unless you want to be extremely frurstrated and give your money away. They find every possible way to wiggle out of claims based on fine print and technicalities which they invent as they go.
On two occasions I was denied a claim for legitimate services. The first occasion I had a thermostat that went bad but since the housing was also recommended to be replaced they denied the claim stating that the thermostat repair was a result of the housing and not the inverse which is the way the mechanic described it.
On the second occasion I had a breakdown and had to have my car towed. Since I didnt have my contract in my car I called to arrange a tow and then sent in the claim for reimbursement. They said that since I didn't call their 800# first they wouldn't cover it. While this is in the contract, they could easily recognize that most people don't carry their contracts in their car and should be willing to give at least partial reimbursement.
Before you purchase a warranty with them, make sure to read the fine print and see that everything is stacked in their favor. It is a waste of money in my opinion and had the car salesman not so highly endorsed the policy and given me adequate time to read it I probably would not have purchased it.
There is no refund for the remaining time or mileage after the first 10 days of the contract. So yes, it's "all in the contract, which is legal in the state of ___." Technically, they've got you by the neck. Regardless of whether it IS legal, it really should not be legal. Consumers need legal protection from unethical companies like this.
What they do is write extremely consumer-unfriendly contracts that do NOT actually specify what is covered (despite what they claim), then you are SOL if you ever sell the car or need to actually get work paid for.
Every other warranty I have had refunds difference. I would not recommend this warranty or this company. They do not do business in good faith. They are only interested in keeping your money.
I have been trying to get the reimbursement for the towing truck since february and I haven't receive it yet. I sent the receipts many times, my husband called the office many times and they said that they received the receipts and they were going to send the checks but we never got them. Last friday (04/01) my husband called and talked with a employee and he said that he was going to call back and he didn't. So as a customer its really frustrating bcs I payed for a terrible warranty that doesn't have any consideration for your customer and doesn't have a good customer service its ridiculous that I have been waiting 2 MONTHS to get the reimbursement. DO NOT waist your money paying for this warranty bcs its TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE customer service!!
Resist this warranty company! Elite Warranty over promises and under-delivers. They do not have reasonable expectations, and do not manage well. Stay away everyone. They will fight you to keep your wallet starving.
Items covered? Beware. This is what has bothered me the most. They told me after I fixed the alternator in my car that they would cover the items, and I quote, "CAM Adjuster, Torque Converter.." Not only did they not "take care of you [referring to me]" but they will not cover what they promised.
