I put up an ad on craigslist looking for a house to rent when i was contacted by EST from a craigslist email address. I knew it was a scam from the start because of the lack of buisness cred, lack of website and hiding behind a CL email address. So i said what the hay lets call the dweeb and see what happens. I called and got voicemail, so i left my contact info but never got a call back. He again emails me and this time i actually replayed and said the word SCAM. Oh my! This made mr joseph very mad in his reply. He got very nasty with me.
A real buisness would not have any issue giving out contact info and a place of buisness. If i said scam in front of a professional they would try hard to show me they are not a scammer. Instead EST took great offense to that word and started an email battle. Here is the emails with EST.

well you dont respond to calls either cause i tried....called left message with call back number...nothing. scam likely. EST Every call received yesterday up until around 6:30 was returned. That shitty attitude of yours is probably why you can find a property or anyone to rent to you and I sure as hell would not want you in any of my properties. ME you mad bro? EST Nah bro just don't have time for losers. I own my own house and don't have to beg on Craigslist for someone to rent to me. ME yep yer a scammer.. a professional prolly wouldnt act like you are acting. contact me again and i will call the police or worse..you have been warned. EST Please do have the police call me. I own all my rentals outright so not sure where my scamming angle would be. Please educate yourself before making ridiculous accusations. By all means have whomever call me but you will be blocked from here on I actually work for what I have and long hours so I don't have time for low life behavior

Unless you like being insulted, Joe’s only goal is to take his daddy’s hard earned money and act like a little spoiled rich brat that is entitled to everything, but you are low scum expected to bow. He reached out to realtors for clients. It’s how I got his number. He has no interest in financing to anyone he can’t insult or belittle. Trust me friends, no house is worth your integrity. This guy is a scam and not worth your time. If anyone gives you this number 727-200-4126 for financing help, throw it away and find literally anyone else.
