I responded to an on-line add for a free 14-day trial supply of their skin care product, supposedly in partnership with all the Sharks on Shark Tank.. I found the sign up to be very confusing and ended up with more products that just the original one. I did not see any fine prints stating the amount I would be charged if not returned during the 14 days.
Mu credit card was charged $180 on the 15th day and then again 2 weeks later--a total of $360 in a month. When I received my credit card statement I was horrified and called immediately. They were rude and offered a 30% refund. I told them it was a scam and I wanted a full refund.
The person on the phome told me the only way I could receive a refund was if I send all the products to them with certain codes on the front of the package. I packed up the product along with a letter demanding my refund. I complied with all their return requirements. I received a comfirmation that the package was delived on May 4th, 2017. I have yet to receive a credit on on credit card statement.
This company is shady at best. It is a horrible scam and definitely deceptive marketing.
