Jeff Gonzalez recently became the owner of the Elite School of Cosmetology Ohio and Florida campuses. Ever since, we've had quite a few things going on. Firstly, all of our school financial aid checks come up missing, or arriving (suspiciously) late.
Our schools are all run not by a financial aid office, but by one teacher working for the Florida campus. It's nearly impossible to get any information about our OWN financial aid out of her, let alone get a hold of her in the first place. Everything about the schools is unorganized and chaotic.
Secondly, there are instructors having us sign papers that have no date, and it's impossible for us to get a hold of the documents we've signed. I've asked multiple times for my file and it's always a "I'll talk to so & so" answer. I'm sick of it. This school needs to have some serious re-evaluation done between owner, financial aid, and staff.
