The owners of this company, Michelle and James Wyrick are the most unscrupulous, unethical people in all of Tallahassee. Michelle does pretty good work, but James' work is just awful. Not to mention that he'll try to nickel and dime you to do everything except what he was requested to do, and cop a huge attitude after you decline. After asking them to perform a rental clean-out and receiving unsatisfactory service, they promised me a $50 refund (which is the least they could do). Well the refund didn't get processed until after they were motivated by a dispute from my credit card company (funny how those things work). They, then proceeded to send me a falsified invoice and submit an unauthorized duplicate charge to my credit card approximately one month after the services were rendered. Talk about pissed! In addition to taking this up with my CC Company, you better believe that i'm taking this to court. I will NEVER, EVER do business with this company again.
