This company is one to stay away from. My mother got a new computer and was having trouble receiving emails. This company not only charged her $199 and did not fix anything they also then charged her an additional $299 for annual tech service which she did not agree to. When she cancelled the service they were horrible to her. There is another report on this site that says this company takes advantage of elderly people and that is absolutely correct!
I am a 97yr old widow who lives by myself and was on my computer earlier this week when I had a hard time getting into my email. Elite IT Home came on my screen asking if I needed help. I thought it was Hewlett Packard so I said "yes." After they helped me to get in my email they told me it would be $100.00. I was so surprised because they didn't tell me up front they would be charging me anything, and I don't have the money. I didn't know what to do so I gave them my credit card number. I don't know how I am going to be able to pay for this. Please help me.
