Company did not document equipment purchased OR invoice payment, AND did not provide necessary documents for the customer to obtain the rebate that was available through the utility company.
Calls to company were answered by a rude individual in the company and the customer was told that the information was available online. This is impossible to do from the description on said invoice, 3 ton heat pump 5 stage.
Thought I would put this out there and see if anyone else had a problem with this company.
Untrustworthy company with dishonest practices. They installed my HVAC unit with a defective coil, they sent a technician over to my house 5 times in the period of over a year and never figured out what was wrong with the system. When finally a different technician came over and figured out what was wrong, they changed the coil on warranty but sent me a bill for the labor that should have been covered in warranty since they were the ones that could never figure out what was wrong with it and installed a defective coil in the first place.
MY HVAC system malfunctioned since installation and I have brought this to their attention right after that. I patiently gave them plenty time to fix it, patiently met with technicians several times and waited for over one year to have the full functioning system that I paid for. They never delivered in their promise at the time of the sale and installed a defective product that they are now refusing to back up.
I tried to reason with management but could not reached them, front line employees didn't provide name or transferred my call to someone that I could speak with. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer orientation, dishonest practices, terrible management. They shouldn't be in business.
