This company is two men from what I have observed that are swindling suits from Thailand at a huge mark up with no customization. They claim the create custom suits for the athlete or athletic build. For my friend’s wedding we hired AK to produce the groomsmen custom suits at a decent price.
Well we learned a valuable lesson, never cheap out. The fitting seemed to have gone well, we all were up sold on a custom dress shirt that was another waste of time and money. When he “hand delivered” 4 of the suits to my house with his daughter running around my house and asking me to try the suit on, I felt extremely uncomfortable.
9 out of the 11 suits were the wrong size and we were advised to get alterations done ourselves, only after meeting with AK again to show the suits were far off the mark. As he was taking measurements and trying to calm down a few guys with only 2 weeks to the wedding, he informed us that the second fitting was to prove they didn’t fit.
Another wasted of time. He never accepted the blame, always shifting it, well our production team in Thailand is fired and we are going to china now, aka this sweatshop sucks, let’s find a cheaper one. On the day of the wedding, after all the alterations were half as*ed to just get through the wedding, one of the zippers on the shirts would work and we had to take the limo to the closest store to buy a white collar shirt before heading to church.
The quality was horrible, my suit was too short on the pants, the waste was 2 sizes too big, with too much slack in the pants. The dress shirt was missing a clasp and the arms and chest all had to be taken in. Finally the jacket it self was trash, the arms too short, and the buttons on the jacket didn’t even match the pants. I requested the alterations cost to be refund on top of the money spent on the suit and haven’t heard back. I asked for a partial or total refund and was ignored.
It has been a headache trying to get anything done with them, and they have stopped responding my texts, emails or calls.
