My company tried to host our Valentine's show here. That morning came the weather changed for the worse. Airports closed and Highway was also closing therefore to keep the people safe we needed to reschedule this event.
We approached this company about getting our money back and we're led down horrible string of people.
The contract never stated anything about city closings, weather conditions, and so on. We tried to pursue a route that work best for our company.
The to Chinese people in the office were absolutely rude and we finally were referred over to a lady named Rebekah.
This woman cursed, screamed, hollered, and threw every tantrum she could. Even when we were calm and collected her defense kicked in and told us she was not giving us nothing but 50% and we had to wait 10 days.
Mind you either is not in the contract. She stated she did not care what's in the contract. She hung up.
When we called her back to ask her why she hung up. She then stated she was the owner and she have the right to do as she please. (Which she will regret come Monday morning)
This place is horrible for business. Keep away. Do not do any sort of business here. They had an intent to not do anything in the first place.
