Bought an Ewheels mobility scooter EW 72 for $2,795.00. When it arrived, it never ran. It sat in my garage useless for almost 3 month. At 80 years of age, physically limited and not driving a car anymore, I needed to be mobile. It was estremely stressful not being able to get around for local shopping, medical appointments and errands.
After numerous phonecalls, Ewheels scheduled a Med-Tech repair company for a service call. The tech couldn't fix it. Under these conditions, I would say a defective product was sold to me. It took almost 3 month from the date of sale to getting my refund.
To the disabled people and seniors that need to be mobile...don't waste your time and money for the headache this company is going to give you.
