I needed a charge and the navigation on my Leaf showed Electric-Flex as a location in Roselle, IL. I parked my car and started charging and a friend picked me up. Later I get an email from ChargePoint and I see I was charged $46 for less than $1.50 of electicity. What if they decided to charge $1,000,000? The cost is completely arbitrary. All other providers charge by the hour. It is easy to know, $3/hour * 1 hour = $3. They charge by Kw. Which is intentionally deceving. Since all other providers change by hour, you see $3 and think it means per hour. Suppose a gas station decided to start charging per pint. You see $2 and most people will think it is per gallon. Then after your tank is full, you just paid $300 for a tank of gas. That would be a ripoff! This company is horrible for doing this.
