I bought a supposedly new saddle from them and after ordering and receiving my girth strap 12 days after the purchase trued it on my horse and found it did not fit. The saddle was not ever used or ridden in. It was simply put on the horses with a protective barrier as is normal and the girth and cinch tie was tightened to check for fit. When my husband went to take it back for me they said they did not have the money in the register and would have to go to the bank and get the money as I paid cash for the saddle. He had a doctors appointment and called me and asked me if I could go get the refund. I went to pick up the refund in they told me we would not be getting a refund. I called my husband and he came up there and they said their general manager William Carlew had said we would not receive a refund. They said we would have to speak to me on the anti-leave our numbers which we did. We never heard back from him and went back the next afternoon. He came out was very very rude to us and said you're not getting a refund and I know the whole story. He refused to even look at the sample. There is a sign behind the register and he refused to even acknowledge that. He said the saddle was damaged. I have photos there is no damage done to the saddle!
