My post regards Terry Ragan owner of the El Vecino Apartments in colorado springs, colorado. Ive lived here aince March 1, 2015 and my bathroom ceiling has leakes since March 6, 2015. Ive attempted everything I know to get this fixed to no avail. Calls to the office, written complaints, calls to the management company, code enforcement, health department, call to action all with no remedy. My 4 year old and I are both experiencing respiratory problems. Our bathroom is unusable, unsafe. The bathrpom is not the only problem there is a long list. My stove only has one burner that works.
