My friend purchased her car from Eldorado Motors in Tulsa (now closed), she moved to Texas when she became ill, as she had no family in Oklahoma.
My friend passed away and Eldorado Motors allowed her friend a local Texas resident to take over payments.
Now the tags are due and Eldorado is refusing any help, she cant tag in Texas, no paper work, cant tag in Oklahoma, her insurance is in Texas.
The manager in Oklahoma City actually told her "tough s**t, not our problem". And come to find out all they have is a verbal contract. The manager has surpassed rude in her actions dealing with this situation.
Eldorado Motors is taking advantage of an elderly person and they need to be held responsible for their action.
On Sept. 2 ,2015 took Mazda CX7 with milage of 63171 to dealer because it had a check engine lite on. Dealer said that it needed to have all 4 fuel injectors replaced along with oil cooler and front cover seal. Total cost would be $3,240.00. I took the car to another repair shop and the problem was diagnosed as an cylindar no. 2 ignition coil. Replaced coil and car runs like new. This is not the first time they have tried to rip me off but it will be the last time.
