Eisenbrandt Companies (specificaly Fritz Eisenbrandt) hired my company as a sub-contractor on a job and kept delaying final payment. Over 100 days after the job was complete Fritz continued to lie to me, telling me the homeowner had not paid him yet. I only found out this was not true when 120 days past and I was forced to notify the homeowner of intent to file a lien on their property at which point they showed me that they had indeed paid for the job already.
As of writing this I still have not been paid for my completed work which the homeowner was very satisfied with.
Fritz Eisenbrandt is taking money from homeowners, contracting others to do the work, then pocketing the money for himself.
