If i could give 0 stars i would!! united lead group specifically eric rosenthal has been a nightmare to work with. Not only was i treated like a second class citizen by eric by he insulted me, spoke down to me, yelled at me and dismissed me on several occasions. I do feel as if he was dismissing because i am a woman. I have been working in the industry for over 20 years and have never had someone speak to me in such a demeaning nature by any man let alone in our industry.
Quality of live leads are just as bad as eric's attitude. They claimed we took 30 calls We only took 18) and most of the calls the customers on the other line had no idea what was going on and why they were being transferred to our company. After finally getting on the phone with eric he then claimed he made a mistake and credited us more calls.
This is by all means a scam! they only accept wire transfers because they were continuously getting credit card charge backs. Once they get the wire they turn around and treat you like crap. When you ask for refund for services they did not deliver, they say no refunds. Do yourself a favor and save your money for a better company to work with.
I have asked on several occasions to have someone else help us serve the account until we have zero balance and eric again refuses to acknowledge my requests and tries to go above me to speak with male so he does not have to deal with me. He said and i quote " i don't want to work with you anymore, you go figure it out someone else in the accounting or data department to work with".
This company is a joke! i don't typically bother much with writing reviews and let thing go but eric rosenthal and united leads group have gone too far and i will submit this same review on every platform and send this to every mortgage company because no one deserves to be treated the way my company and i have been treated.
