Companies beware!!! when you're first approached they tell you they are apart of google which is the 1st lie. Then you are contacted by a salesperson who tells you theres no yearly contract Lie 2) and then says they will get most of there work done in the 1st month and then maintain after that Lie 3). They were supposed to get our company on 400+ directories Lie 4). He also said i would get follow up calls! never did Lie 4). So i cancelled and received a bill $1990. The salesman said this wouldn´t happen Lie 5). As i said do not go anywhere near this company. I ended up getting to the top of google my business and am manually doing the directories myself. If i could give them 0 stars i would.
This company kept calling my work number. I am a chiropractor and have to answer my work phone because patient's are calling me. I finally agreed to a conversation with them, so that they would leave me alone. I kept being told my google information isn't correct and i was being flagged...Aka they just want me to sign up with their marketing ploy. I told them i wasn't interested in spending any money on marketing right now. And the finance guy became very rude and said "well i hope you like not coming up on google searches and good luck with your business." i get these same calls from similar marketing business all the time. Offering a discounted package and all this promise to bring me patients. I couldn't believe how rude the guy got. They just want your money and try to scam you in by telling you your google information isn't accurate. I didn't appreciate the harassing phone calls and then the very rude finance guy.
I have just received a phone call from an employee at egumball.com who said they represent google. He was rude and unprofessional when i expressed that i didn’t want to talk to him about the product he offered. His phone number is 1-949-597-1000.

I had a horrible experience with egumball. This company mentioned on the contract that in case my web site was not put up in a period of 30 days, a full refund would be given to me. There was also no clause on the contract which gave them authority to make payments electronically. When they deducted money from my bank account without any authorization, i was stunned. I instantly cancelled my service and they told me that they had my bank details with authorization to deduct more money. This is illegal and breaking the law!
My bank verified everything and told me that i was right. One cannot remove money from another account just because they possess bank information. The money was refunded by the bank since this unethical and immoral company broke the law. I did not even get through to these people. They are absolute criminals. I will keep filing charges on them and my bank will refund any money they take in the future although these prospects are a little worrying to say the least. In fact, if you see here, another individual has also posted about a terrible experience with egumbell. These people label themselves as google support and will claim to bring your webpage on the very first page of the online search results.
When they called this person, it was cold calling. The customer care executive assured this complainant that the best google rankings solution would be found within only a few weeks. He also told the complainant that there would be no false claims and that everything would be done within a sum of $600. As a result, the complainant agreed to make the advance payment owing to the affordable rate. The project in charge called back the complainant sometime later and gave payment details along with sending a mail asking for the payment. The complainant gave credit card details and the company in charge stated that work would instantly start on the project and asked for all website details.
The complainant sent all information right away. The person never called up after this time and did not even issue a mail confirmation about receiving the details. When called after around a week, someone else picked up. When the aggrieved party narrated the entire situation, the new person stated that an email would be sent containing all details. However, this did not happen as well. Again, the complainant called and explained everything to another company person. The payment was processed by the company on the very next day of sending them all the details. The money would be withdrawn after a week is what the agent fraudulently stated beforehand. The complainant wanted to cancel the contract and asked for a refund by calling the company. They stated that refunds can be applied for without saying yes or no. These guys ripped off this hapless individual just like they did to me. This is even worse and they charged $800 instead of $600 to this person too. These people are really misleading. Do not deal with them ever!

He was rude and unprofessional when i expressed that i didn’t want to talk to him about the product he offered. His phone number is 1-949-597-1000. I know this is his number because after i hung up on him he called me back and threatened me saying that he would make sure that my business wasn’t on google and never would be. I take this as a direct threat to the welfare of my business.
This is the worse marketing company. They promised to update my old address in old directories but they never did. Instead they updated new directories with wrong info. They didn't start until 3 months in after my subscription and when i found out they didn't correct old directories they didn't do anything about it. They kept dragging until my 6 months contract expired. They also charged me additional month because they told me i had to send in request 30 days in advance even though when i called they told me just calling in. The worse part was that with the directories that they submitted with wrong info, they said i had to pay them money to fix it. What in a world! i wish egumball go to hell with the illegal way to making money on businesses trying to be notice with online!
I signed up with egumball and cancelled on the first day. I then get a call from nick rivers who threatened me with legal action if i didn't pay for the full twelve months. He called three times and laughed. He said he would put me in collections. After reading all the negative reviews and seeing that the same thing happend to other people i decided to cancel. Im suing them. Im gettin my attorney in on this.

I received a call from a sales rep.
He made promises regarding their ability to get me in the top section of the organic google search.
I signed up for a year.
They accomplished nothing as far as i am concerned.
I spoke to them and they said that the rep could not have made that promise, but they knew how to
Get me in the organic search, and they just needed more time.
All i got was promises and no results.
They would not let me cancel for a year.
In my opinion i got scammed by egumball.
I suggest that you stay away from them.
