Firstly, this company claims to be out of the US. They're not they're based out of India. I don't have a problem with outsourcing, but I have a problem being lied to. Their work is awful. Their communication is terrible. They try to hijack ownership of what you paid for with their hidden javascript. We were pulled down from eBay because their sites break eBays terms of service agreements. They claim to offer a refund for any work you're not satisfied but they will not. They essentially stole our money, did nothing useful for us, and stopped communicating with us when we wanted it back.
