Horrible customer service. Scam of a company. You order only for the order to never ship. Your "chat" service is a joke as no one ever responds. There voicemail is always full - i am sure many customers complaining. I will do whatever i can to have them not an approved vendor for new york state. Check out Yscam, better business bureau, etc - all terrible reviews. Go elsewhere. I contacted them 6 times via there useless online chat only to be lied to. They said i would be emailed a tracking number - never happened. They said someone would reach out to me the next monring - that never happened. Many other approved companies out there that actually care about the customer and know what customer service is.
