In my opinion, Edgar Alvarado is an unlicensed auto mechanic who appears to opearate Bayerische Motors without regard for govermental agencies and the rules they enforce. It appears, Edgar does not stand by all of his work and the quality of is work is questionable.
He has taken money for work he has not performed and will not return it or respond to inquiries. Beware of him. His character is questionable.
