It was listed at $3.3 million. I gave Ed Rooney Real Estate a down payment of $600,000 to secure the property. I have since attempted to contact him daily to complete the purchase. He refuses to return my calls, and his secretary always says that he is not in the office when I go by. Don't ever buy anything from this con artist. He belongs in prison.
