They offered me $185 for my phone after examing it and then told me they could only send me $25 because they claimed it was damaged. I asked for my phone back and they refused. They claimed that they had alread repaired it or sold it. If I wanted it back I would have to pay for the repairs which was more than the phone was worth. In the end I received a gift card for Ten dollars. My phone was worth $300 and now I have no phone, they lied about their offer. I have not received the $25 they promised or the $185 that they said it was worth.
