I engaged ecospace solutions to provide me with two separate lists that included name, job title, company, email address, physical addrmess and telephone number. I provided written instructions that clearly laid out what was being agreed to and myself signed off on this document. After four attempts for ecospacesolutions to provide the requested information, they admitted they would not be able to provide me with the information requested. I asked for a refund and they resisted. Eventually they agreed to a $500 refund. The refund has never been delivered. Came up with various excuses related to illness, vacation, etc. They have never followed up with my payment.
This company had a chance to salvage my respect, but they have failed in every way.
