I purchased a clock and the company had the incorrect address as the ship to. I sent them 2 different emails letting them know they had the incorrect address and giving them the right one. Both emails were sent before the clock had shipped. They finally answer my email but only to give me a tracking number and to tell me they can't do anything about it. I have tracked the package and tried to intercept but nothing is working. I have asked for my money back but the first few times they just sent me back a tracking number. My last email from them was 10 days ago stating they would have a finance person contact me to refund my money but no one has tried to contact me. I have been fighting this for over 3 months.

I order a cat clock that I found on Facebook. I paid $45 for the clock. It was taking a very long time to arrive so I emailed them. I received a reponse and the clock was sent. It was a piece of plastic junk. It also had broken clock arms. It is probably worth 5 dollars. I contacted them and asked for my money back. They asked for a picture to show it was broken. I told then that even if it wasn't it is not worth $45. Piece of plastic. They then sent me another clock instead of my money. It is broken again and I do not want the clock. I want my money back. I have contact them again. They refuse to refund my money and there is no phone number to contact them. This is the biggest rip off I have seen in a while and they refuse to refund your money. Terrible product and terrible company

Really bad customer service and bad quality

I buy a wall clock in august. I was so excited to get it! For what they show on their website, it looks amazing!

It arrived 2 months later, with really bad default (bad cuts, missing pieces, uncentered clock sticker...). I took pictures of it, sent them and ask for a replacement. They agree for a replacement but since then, they keep telling me that they placed a request...

Oh, and it took 3 to 4 days before they answer... And they often answer the same thing without telling WHY it is so long or WHEN I'll get my replacement or refund...

Their refund policy is a lie... It's been a week now and I'm still waiting for an answer... And they say that in within 5 days we are suppose to have our money back...

I got tired of this and now I'm waiting, since a month, a refund... I really hope that I'll get it some day...

Never do business with them or you will lose your time and money!!!!!!!!

I made an online purchase with this company, and my debit card was charged $179.85, and I received a email confirmation. I was told that it would be about three weeks for my order to arrive. We are not going on the fifth week and nothing has been received. I went to see what happened to the order, and now I cant find them online anymore. I was ripped off. This gets me upset.

I purchased a clock online for a total of $44.00 on august 26, 2016. when i received the clock it didn't work.

i emailed the company, which seems to be in China, (but you wouldn't know that from the site), on 09/13/16 when i finally received it and made them awaire of the problem. (they guarantee their products) this is the response i received:

I used my bank debit card to pay for this.

thank you for anything you can do.

the return address on the box is:

'We will do the needful and let you know the status soon" so i waited, then i had to send them another email on October 10, 2016 with no response as of yet other than the same response i received the first time. they say satisfaction guaranteed, but i haven't seen any and it's been 2 months.

i am on social security and cannot just "give away" $44.00.

please let me know what else i can do to either get another clock, or a refund.
