eCOM Partner LTD Reviews
I signed a contract with Ecom Partners Inc. on March 1, 2022 and paid them an initial fee of $35,000 for an Amazon Automation Dropshipping Store. I learned about this opportunity on Kris Gomez/s Instagram page, which his username is krisdashark. He was advertising making $2-5k a month passively with their Amazon Automation company. I messaged him and he sent me a webinar telling me how they would build an Amazon store for you dropshipping and easily make you $2-5k and month and many clients are making up to $10k a month. He set me up with his sales agent, Dakotah Rios, who I spoke with on the phone and bought the store with him. Since that time my Amazon store has made a grand total of $0. They delayed me for months saying they couldn't start until the store was aged. Asked me to commit credit card fraud by lying on applications to get business cards to buy inventory with for the store and say I had a business with 5 employees, making $500,000. After 6 months, on Sept 15, 2022, they charged me an additional $20,000 to switch me to their FBA model because they said Amazon was cracking down on dropshipping and they could only make me money now by doing this move. I made a charge of $20,000 with Ecom Partners on 9/16/2022 on my credit card. Since this date, I have contacted Ecom Partners Inc. no less than 10 times via phone calls and emails with requests for documents and invoices about the use of this $20,000. These requests have all been ignored, pushed off and never provided. They claim they spent the money on a couple books, which aren’t even close to $20,000. We are now almost 5 months out and the company still is giving me the run around and will not refund or provide any invoices showing that they purchased inventory with my $20,000. Also, since this date I have spoken with other business owners (40 plus) who have also been scammed by this same company for similar amounts of money. In total I am now down $55,000 to this company and have made nothing back. They are a complete scam and need to be prosecuted. Their owners Kris Gomez and Ryan Rios are both still posting on instagram daily trying to sell these scam stores to other unknowing investors.
