This company phones and tells people that they are willing to send a free sample of toner. Once we receive the toner, with no invoice, no email address of company on the packing slip.
Try to phone the phone number provided on the packing slip, only to find out it is automated. Left messages but have yet to receive a call back.
On their packing slilp it has conditions: All merchandise accepted upon delivery are subject to these conditions. No product can be returned without prior authorization. There are no cash refunds.
Phoned to inform them that we were returning their product, still no answer.
Someone from this company called the company I work for and spoke with our Administrative Assistant. She was asked if our printers were working properly, then she was told that he needed to confirm some information for the order of toner placed last week. He needed to confirm our printer makes and models.
She then went and collected the information he requested and he said the larger order of toner would be shipped at the end of this week.
He left his name a phone number. As soon as she came to let me know our toner would be shipping this week I asked for the company name and his contact information. I called the number she was provided with, a recording came on, "For Quality assurance you call maybe be monitored or recorded" then after about 45 seconds it hangs up.
I emailed the address on the site as well as faxed to inform them we did not order anything from them. And that if anything is delivered to our office we will NOT be receiving it and it WILL be sent back at their expense. Also requesting to be placed on their company's DO NOT CALL listing.
I just received an email from their accounting department to let me know our "Order" has been cancelled
I recieved a box of toner I did not order. I have an account with Ricoh, not this fly by night operation. Do not open items from thisw company, just send them back, collect. Dave in Edmonton, Alberta Canada.
