They go door to door and sometimes call you or give you deceptive flyers that their furnaces, air conditioners and water treatment equipment is really cheap. They lie and pretend to be from the government. ECO ENERGY HOME SERVICES IS A SCAM.
Biggest scumbags I have ever seen, my mother WHO IS 92 got conned into a new furnace installation from them when they pretended to be Enbridge and got into her home, forced her to change the furnace, which, then, broke down 3 times since it was installed! They have no customer service, half the people in the office cannot speak english! I kept on getting transferred every time I called in!!!
I see them on the news all the time about the scams they pull.
My mother got a bill for $17,000 after the installation and $90 per month "servicing fee" (and they have not serviced anything.) They suck you in on a rental contract and the sales agent told her it was a "seniors program" where she doesn't pay anything.
She has many health issues, and these heartess monsters preyed on her. After 2 days of trying to call to resolve this, I was finally transferred to a Kirk Narain and I've never been so disrespected in my life! WHAT IDIOT WOULD HIRE SOMEONE AS UNPROFFESSIONAL AS THIS? I explained the situation to him and he just told me, "it's not your problem until she passes away anyway" and then said that there is a lien on her house and there is nothing he could do!!
This company has been a scam since 2009 and I can't believe they are still in business. BUYERS BEWARE!!! These people are complete frauds. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
They put a furnace in and didn't give full disclosure of cost.Promised rebates like mad and never happened. Then the ones who put it in...teribbly as well screwed up ductwork..went bankrupt.Nothing was working properly. Now she has a line on house and want $26 THOUSAND for a furnace and central air. That is nuts.Is there anyone that can help her.She suffered breakdown in 2017 over [email protected]
