ECCOTEMP LLC - outright lied to me several times. Tristina, Sales Manager, was dishonest, petty, and spoke of already winning. I bought over $2,000 of their equipement including a venting kit that never arrived, although paid for.

Bought L10 December 8th. Warranty Manual i had for it stated to drain the unit in freezing temperatures.
I did that and upon trying to use again water was pouring out of the bottom. I called customer service several times
to try and get information on how to send it back for repairs, all they wanted me to do initially was to uninstall and open
it up and see if i could see what the problem could be. I told them I really didnt want to do that snd finally they gave me
an order number to send it back.
i sent it in and was told the problem was caused by freeze damage. They told me that along with draining the unit
it should also have brought it inside.......I don't know if they updated their manual. As far as i know i follewed
instructions. They said because of this it wasnt covered under warranty- and that it was unrepairable
