Ebates is keeping the savings they are offering from purchases made to stores via their website. They are also keeping the money they advertise for referring friends and family. I have done both and gotten compensation for none. Their customer service sames disconnected from reality and acts as doe consumers are ediots...believing it will just go away. Do not believe the hype they don't pay. I contacted stores I purchased from via ebates and friends referrals and all leads to ebates dirty business practice. Very disappointING Stay away.
