Bought a car from Easy Auto in March 2016. Reported the smell of burning oil at time of sale along with some other issues. We were told that everything will be checked out and taken care of and that the oil smell was burn off from a recent oil change. It took weeks to get the stereo fixed and they kept telling us there were no oil leaks so we took it to another mechanic and as soon as they put it on the rack they called us over to see all the oil leaks under the car. The rack and pinion had the most as well as an oil line that was almost severed. Took the report to the owner who goes by the name of Nick and we went to his mechanic together with pictures to his shop and his mechanic Bill said that I needed a new rack and pinion steering and the oil line needed to be replaced. Nick agreed to fix everything, however, when I got the car back, the steering was so off that the car kept loosing traction and I had to go directly to another mechanic to see what was going on. It was discovered that the sterring had been put back together but was off by 5 'teeth' which made it dangerous to drive and the 'new rack and pinion' Easy Auto had put in was a salvage part with just as many oil leaks and rust (it wasn't even a rebuilt one). I ended up paying over $1000 to get my car fixed and through a lawyer tried to get Nick to pay and his response was "i'm not going to pay a d**n penny and I wil see you in court'. So now I am having to through those proceedings.
