They are crooks. Do not buy from them. I ordered a thermo fuse for a kitchenaid gas stove. The electrician did not install it as we discovered it was not the problem. I returned it to easy appliance in the original packaging and got $0.00 back. They said it had been used. I am out $83.00 and they have the perfectly good fuse. They cannot be trusted.

We ordered a part for our dryer and when the part came in, my husband realized it wasn't the one he needed so we returned it. Never installed and waited for a refund on it. Today I got an email from them that it had been installed or attempted to install it which was NOT true.
So therefore they would not refund any of the fee we paid them. I personally think this is the way this company operates by refusing to refund using their excuse it was used. So we are out over $100 for the part and the return shipping. I have filed a dispute with paypal but doubt if I will get the refund...it's their word against ours.
Before you think about buying from this company, they are located in Nova Scotia Canada but have shipping companies all over the US, just remember that you will not get your money back. They are thieves....not a reputable company to do busy with.

1. The vendor has never shipped the item that was ordered and paid for over three months ago.
2. The vendor has admitted that the item is unavailable for an indefinite period.
3. The vendor has not acknowledged several refund requests.
4. The vendor is still presenting the item for sale on his website while full well knowing that the product is not available for the foreseeable future.
5. My credit card company states that no attempt has been made by the vendor to provide a refund to my account.
6. I am initiating civil and criminal charges against the vendor for fraud, and will be requesting damages.
Paid/ordered online washing machine glass lid - waited 3 weeks plus - received a box - picked it up was light in weight - opened and box was empty - have tried contacting company no response.

I visited Easy Appliance Parts website and found they claimed to have my item "in-stock". I called the company to confirm before ordering and was assured the item was in the warehouse. I placed my order and paid for expedited shipping. Two business days later I called to find out why my item hasn't shipped. Lady on the phone told me the item was back ordered. When I told her I called to confirm stock before ordering she told me that their was only one in stock at the time and it sold as I was placing my order. This sounded plausible until I went to the website again and the item still shows to be "in-stock". I called the company again as a new customer to check the item and again the lady assured me it was sitting in the warehouse. I've concluded they list everything as "in-stock" to keep you from shopping elsewhere. After researching the company I've found several other people have had the same experience.

EasyAppliance Parts is a total ripoff on shipping. I ordered a part which came from a warehouse in CA It was shipped using Fedex Dumbpost where it traveled to Troutdale, OR (177 miles away from La Pine). Instead of being delivered to La Pine it went to Kent, WA (377 miles away from La Pine where it sat for 2 days waiting for USPS to pick it up and bring it back down to La Pine to deliver it. The could have used a Priority mail envelope for the same cost and had it delivered in 2 days. The business world is filled with idiots.
