Eastern Lettering are the LAST place you want to do business with.
I orders 4 numbers on the 22nd September 2016. I told him that i needed them no later than the 7th October for my husbands Baseball game and his 50th Birthday. After sending them $52.50 for the Pro-stitched numbers + postage I was assured that they would arrive within 10 days.
I rang them several times, but they don't pick up the phone. I finally got hold of them on the 9th October and was told that they were only sent on the 7th, which was already 16 days after I ordered them. Their excuse was that the numbers I ordered where the Satin stiched and takes an extra 10 days to make. NOT only was I NOT told that on the day I ordered them, How does a Lettering and Number company NOT have them in stock..
I asked for the tracking number, and was told that it was just sent as an envelope and there is NO tracking number.
I waited for another 10 days, which was already too late for my husband's game. Still the numbers did not arrive.
I rang them again and then KEVIN told me that they were sent on the 12th October, yet he also told me on the 9th that they were sent on the 7th.. Another Lie.. That is now 3 lies..
I waited another couple of days. STILL NO DELIVERY.
I asked for a refund, as they promised that if the parcel did not arrive within 10 working days, that I would get the refund.
It is now the 4th November. 44 Days since when I ordered the numbers. Still no Delivery and NO Refund.
Keven keeps telling me that he has proof of delivery. Well actually the lie keeps changing.
First he said that he has proof of delivery, then he has proof that it has gone through customs, which is NOT delivery.
There are so many holes in every BS story they tell you.

" If you call the # for the carpet cleaning you will either get a recorded message for the scam sports lettering business or just a plain "hello." Books appointments for carpet cleaning through groupon and then doesn't show up. Rarely ever answers phone and voice mail inbox is always full. Will text back swears and vulgarities after you call him out. Lists a phony address for "Eastern Lettering" as 1318 S main St. St 100 Wake Forest, NC which is actually a Rose Mart gas station and convenience store. 59 scam complaints against the owner "Ed Woods" online Better Business Bureau lists nothing but negative reviews. I reported them to the State Attorney General's office. BBB also states the following about this scam business. "A check with the North Carolina Secretary of State, Corporate Division shows no listing for Eastern Lettering. Also a check with the Wake County County Register of Deeds office shows no listing. NC General Statute § 66-68 requires that "before any person or partnership engages in business in any county in this State under an assumed name or under any designation, name or style other than the real name of the owner or owners thereof, before any limited partnership engaged in business in any county in this State other than under the name set out in the Certificate filed with the Office of the Secretary of State or before a corporation engages in business in any county other than under its corporate name, such person, partnership, limited partnership, or corporation must file in the office of the register of deeds of such county".
Sent the Scumbags $38.49 for numbers for a Dan Fouts , San Diego Chargers jersey on 2-1-2016 , 2 months later nothing !! Contacted the Dirtbag and was nice at first asking where my Numbers were on 2-22-2016 as their website claims 7 to 10 days delivery time , then the runaround game playing started with this Assclown and when I got mad and sent pretty nasty Emails wanting a refund the Piece Of Trash had the Balls to send me this response "You get more Bees with Honey , not Vinegar" , Im supposed to be nice to a Snake who doesn't honor business transactions ?? Get Bent ScumWaffel !! Thank God I paid this Monkey by Paypal as it's in dispute as we speak and I WILL get my money back one way or the other , I just wanted to let the Public know NOT to deal with a Tick T* like this Idiot , cause if you do you will be sorry like I am and others since they have complaints on them out the Wazoo all over the Internet .
On February 5, 2018 I ordered a jersey from easternlettering.net. This was suppose to be a birthday present for my 80 year old father whose birthday was on March 25. After about a month I called wondering where it was. The owner of this fraudlant company said it just came in and it would be mailed in 2 days. I waited another 2 weeks and called again wondering where my jersey was. Again he gave another excuse but this time offered me a full refund which I decided to take.
He said my credit card would be refunded that day. It is now April 9, 2018 and I have not received any jersey nor any refund. I have spoke with the owner 5 times concerning this matter only to receive false promisses and further lies. This company is a scam and should not be allowed to do business. They take your money, don't give you your merchandise and lie when they say they will refund your money!!! Someone needs to shut them down for good!
