Dentist Joel Stokes in Henderson Nevada is a scammer and a thief. Stokes in the last 2 years has transfered 4 properties to his Irrevocable trust named Jimijack. Under Joel A Stokes and Sandra F. Stokes as trustee. I will attached them here so everyone can see what this man is involved in.
These properties do not belong to him and his wife, he is well aware that the home loans(mortgages) are under different peoples name and social security numbers. He has illegally placed his name on the titles to these properties and claim he bought them for ONE DOLLAR(see attached).
He now is using these 4 homes to extract monthly income for himself, knowing that the real owner is the person on the mortgage which is not him nor his wife. He can't play innocent especially since he once held a real estate license and his son is an attorney.
Stokes is taking advantage of the situation instead of quit claiming the homes back to its rightful owners, the man refuses, he is well aware that all these homes are being litigated in Federal court for the return to its rightful owners. He is milking these properties for monthly rents, without any conscience or morality. This an educated individual clearly aware that what he is doing is criminal. I have no doubt he would not like it if someone did this to him.
DR. Stokes need to do the right thing and return these homes to the rightful owner and stop being a criminal.
See for your self the deeds of trust are public record and there you will see that its not Stokes on the deed of trust, but his victims he is stealing from. All this is public record he wants you to believe that the assessed value is what he paid, but dont be fooled he stole these for 1.00
If you are a victim of stokes file your complaint with the Nevada attorney general under mortgage fraud, this is definitly mortgage fraud, and put these criminals where they belong.
