On July 15, 2015 we gave Henry Galasso (East Coast Stores) a deposit of $20,000 as a deposit to purchase a business named HED - a beauty and health supply business.
The contract for sale was never signed by the purchaser or the seller. We could not come to terms. After notifying Mr. Galasso that we don't have a deal; on January 14, 2016 we signed and notarized a request for return of escrow. Afterwards Henry Galasso kept procrastinating on returning the escrow. Subsequently, after a year of badgering he returned $15,000 and refuses to return the balance of $5,000.
Henry Galasso doesn't answer our phone calls or emails. We will have to take him to small claims court.
