East Valley Fiduciary Services Reviews
EVFS is under investigation by the AZ Supreme Court Licensing Board for a variety of corrupt, unethical and fraudalent activities. If an elderly person hires them to assist in paying their bills they force them into conservatorships. I am a Marine that was raised by his grandmother after my mom and dad passed away when I was 8 months old. In 2016, I was deployed overseas and my grandmother broke her hand when a friend accidently closed a car door on it. She told me that she hired Mike Bogle, EVFS, to help her pay her bills. My grandmother didn't like computers and wrote checks each month, never missing a payment. Mike began pressuring my grandmother to move to an assited living facility, all she had was a broke hand. My grandmother taught physics for a major university and had no cognitive decline or issues. Before we knew what happened she was forced into a conservatorship and he sold her home. After years of legal battles my grandmother finally escaped Mike Bogle and his 'helpful' staff but she is nearly broke and can't afford to leave the assisted living facility.
EVFS and their attorneys took over $400k per year and sold her home for less than half of what it was worth. They have never turned over any financial records and failed to pay her taxes for 5 years and didn't pay other debts. After the conservatorship she was forced to file bankruptcy and is now in failing health. These people are the worst and they have done it to others. Read the complaint from Norm Silver and his friends at the AZ Supreme Court Licensing Board. Mike Bogle and his company need to be stopped.
