Once upon, a time, East County Glass & Window, attempted, to "Fraudulently Charge," my Credit Card. for approximately $530.00 dollars. This attempt, was when their incompetent sales personel, requested my "credit card," for ordering a large window, that they never ordered, or intended, to order.
The "Ghost" order, was to arrive, in a few days --- it did not arrive. In approximately seven ( 7 ) days, they called me---------------- and told me, that there is going to be, a major delay. Their reason, for the delay, was that they "broke / damaged," the entire window, by removing the window, from their personal truck------and that they will send the window, back to the "Ghost," so-called wholesale company. All Scandaleous Lies!
This Fraudulent / Thief "Delta" Criminals, should not be in our communities. Common Sense Question: How can East County Glass & Window --------------- send a large window, back to a "Ghost" whoesale company, for a new window, when they are the incompetent characters, that totally destroyed the window, when they attempted, to remove the window, from their personal truck.
That is their fault ------Only! No creditable wholesaler, is going to accept the shattered glass window. That just "common sense." The true answer is------they can not return the window, to the "Ghost," company, just paperwork, being moved around and around!
I did not allow them, to continue this frudulent scam, on me. I demanded, that they will, and shall credit back, my Credit Card, since I caught them "Stealing Money," through my Credit Card------Of course they refused.
So ---------- this is the simple Legal Tactic, when you demand your money, to be placed, back into your Credit Card. When a so-called organization, like East County Glass & Window, desires to "Bait & Switch," your money, into their personal pockets.
1) Always, Always give the unsuspected Criminal, a Credit Card, because when you relize that they are "Ripping you Off," all you have to do is---- Call your Credit Card Company, and tell them, that you want to talk, to the "Dispute Department," they will immediately contact this "Scam Fraudulent Organization," and you will not have to pay, the Credit Card Company, while this case is under investigation.
Criminal Prediator----East County Glass, will immediately return / credit back, their fraudlent charge, against you. They have no choice---because their entire, so-called organization, is designed to survive, on the "Income Flow," generated, from "Credit Cards."
East County Glass & Window, does not want to be "black-balled," out of the Credit Card System, for theft. They would go totally bankrupt, overnight. And they are totally aware of that fact!
