I bought fender flares off AMAZON for $287, I changed my mind and decided to go with a different set, so I asked to return these, they agreed. I paid $86 myself to ship them back, and then they received them back, sat on them for 5 days, finally issued me a refund that was $57 short of full price due to a restocking fee. So essentially I got $100 back for $300 worth of parts. I’ll never buy from this company again, neither will any of my friends or family, and neither should you. Non existent customer service, you cannot reach anyone by phone. Everything is through email and they ignore them if they went to.
Oredered a part off Amazon. There is a tool on Amazon that allows you to enter your vehicle infomation to verify that the part you are ordering "Fits Your Vehicle". I did this and the message stated that this parts does fit. So, I ordered it. It's a part that goes on a vehicle which requires tools to install. The part DID NOT FIT!! Of course there was a little scaring working trying to get the part on.
I asked for permission to return the part, this was good. However the stipulations were that the part had to be "LIKE NEW". If not, I would not be refunded the amount I paid. It was NOT my fault since I did the "Fit Check". So, no need to return the part because, according to their instructions I will not recieve a refund. Plus - I have to pay for shipping the item back to them.
Bought a thule bike rack for a 2015 jeep rubicon. was to fit and open back hatch without issue. will not open back hatch without hitting rack with sp tire. east coast jeep says return is at 50% due to not having the original box. they don't care that it was misrepresented. so i take the whole thing in the shorts because it wasnt as advertised. its a 400$ rack and i lose 200$ on the deal. not a good place to shop. theyll give me a great price in the next item i buy though. are they crazy? just be careful. morris 4x4 is a much better place to buy.
