I placed an online order for an Ink refill kit for my Epson WF-7620 on the evening of July 23. The company had an aesthetically pleasing website that looked legit, and advertised earth friendly quality materials at costs below many others (which should have been my first clue). I selected the 2-day shipping, which I initially thought was free, but my email receipt noted a $6.15 shipping charge. I attempted to send an online chat but received no response. I decided that the promise of 24-hour order processing 2-day shipping was worth it so I let it go.
On August 8, I still had not received my order. I had checked several times between, and the status remained "processing", so I sent another email chat inquiry. I received no response.
On August 14th, I received a package with a pre-printed computer label dated August 4th. I was extremely annoyed that I had still been charged for 2-day shipping after a total of 22 days (16 business days). When I opened the package I was further disappointed as I found a used looking box full of random plastic ink bottles and syringes. Only one of the bottles matched the picture on the website and none matched the box.
On August 15th I sent an online complaint, but did not receive a response. Today when I tried to log in I found the web address is suspended and when I tried to call I received a google voice message asking to record my full name before being connected (which I didn't do).
I just found this website and read the previous complaint from years ago. I am embarrassed I didn't find this sooner, but am glad it was here and hope this prevents someone else from getting swindled by this dishonest company.
