I purchased 2 fantastic vent fan online from these guys. The fans arrived and were a totally different model then the picture in the listing. Different color, different dimensions, totally different style. The explained the "details" were correct, just the picture was wrong..so they have no liability in this. The told me to I had to send them back at my expense, PLUS they will deduct the original shipping costs from my refund... FOR THIER MISTAKE! Dishonest, unethical company in my opinion.
